50 year old Scott Clark, from Avondale Heights Victoria, achieved a 50kg weighted plank hold, in the position of forearm and on his toes, holding the weight for an incredible 5 minutes and 5.93 seconds.

 

Scott has performed many personal plank holds, challenging his mind and body, aiming to achieve this Australian record.

 

The 50kg of weight was placed on Scott’s shoulder/ back area, in the form of 2 x 20kg plates and 1 x 10kg plate, and they were there for the entire record attempt duration.
