42 year old Norman Eigl from July 3rd to July 11th, smashed the fastest time to complete a burpee broad jump marathon distance world record of 42.195km in a 180 hours, 36 minutes and 05 seconds, surpassing the previous fastest time record of 197 hours, 54 minutes.
This outstanding world class new benchmark was set at Normans old school at Woree State High School, Cairns, Queensland.
Norman decided to extend his record breaking achievement by continuing on, to complete an ultra distance burpee broad jump of 45.3km in a newly record set time of 205 hours, 47 minutes, 47 seconds.
