The biggest golden gumboot stands at 8m x 6.1m. it is made of fibreglass and has a spiral staircase to the top of the boot that allows a view of the town. It was built on the 10th of May, 2003, in Tully, Innisfail, far north Queensland as part of a competition between Babinda for the wettest town in Australia title.
