On Tuesday the 3rd of December, 2024, on the International Day of People With a Disability great things happened!
Led by project manager Snr. Constable Jordan Green for the Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) Victorian Police Chief’s Challenge, a record was smashed!
Laughter rung throughout the walls of Hazel Glen College, Doreen Victoria, where the record attempt took place.
822 students, teachers, parents, Police officers, Special Olympians Kasey Thomson and Harry Mezger, plus representatives from ABC Disability Group laughed together for 5 minutes bringing joy to everyone around them and making their mark in the record book.
