As at Wednesday the 5th of November, 2025, Howard Gerald Willey and Mavis Webber have shown official certification that they are the oldest proven living married couple in Australia.
They have been married for 80 years, 7 months and 11 days, 967 months or 4,206 weeks.
The lovely couple were married at the Methodist Church, Yarra St. Geelong, Victoria, both at 21 years of age.
Howard began married life as a farmhand and Mavis worked as a telephonist.
They reside together in Portarlington, Victoria.
