Australia's youngest female pilot

On the 1st of June 2025, at EMKAYTEE (MKT) airstrip Noonamah, Northern Territory, Jennifer Hunt aged 15 years and five months old, became Australia's youngest female pilot an outstanding achievement for someone so young.  Well done, Jennifer.

Jennifer has flown several light aircraft including the Savannah, Foxbat, and Bushcat and has trained many hours under the guidance of experienced instructors Bill Haynes and Kane Mattsson, with 77.3 flying time to date.

In September 2025, Jennifer is preparing for an ambitious solo circumnavigation flight around Australia.

Jennifer also holds an A and B certificate in gliding.
