The smallest drive-in in the Southern Hemisphere

The smallest drive-in in the Southern Hemisphere
The Jericho Queensland Drive-in is the smallest Drive-in theatre in the Southern Hemisphere.

There is space for 36 cars.

Movies can be watched from your own car, with the family piled in, or from the canvas seats readily available in the pavilion.

The Jericho Drive-In opened on 26th July 1969 with Julie Andrews in “The Sound of Music”.

The theatre operates on the third Saturday of the month and is run by volunteers from the Jericho State School.
